TAMAGAWA ELECTRONICS CO.,LTD (TME) warrants each product to be free from any
defect in material and workmanship for one year after delivery. All warranty returns must
first be authorized in writing by TME through dealers or sales representatives.
The limits of liability under this warranty shall be repair or replace any products, or parts which
to be proved as defective after inspection by TME.
This warranty shall not apply to any TME product that has been disassembled, modified,
physically or electrically damaged or any product that has been used at conditions exceeding
the applicable specifications or rating.
TME shall not be liable for any direct or consequential injury, loss or damage incurred by misuse.
TME reserves the right to make design changes to any TME product without
incurring any obligations to make the same changes to previously purchased units.
Repairs or calibration of TME products should be made at our factory.
Before returning any product, please contact to TME or sales representative for
confirming the appropriate shipping
address and relative instructions.
When requesting shipping instructions, please indicate the Model No.,and
serial No. and the nature of
difficulty or reason in details for return.
The cost of repair is based on labor costs and materials plus technical charge.
