Remote antennas on the ground receive radio waves from Satellite broadcasting (BS, CS), and then down-convert (frequency-convert) it to IF signal to the station building. Since the station building is hundreds of meters or a few kilometers away from the antenna, the loss is too high with coaxial cables, we provide optical transmission equipments (RoF).
